Fitness Center
Arete was the design builder to assist a local gym owner to Leominster, MA locate and select a second facility in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Arete developed conceptual plans, budgets, and scope of work to renovate an 8,000 square foot storefront space. Construction to commence in June of 2024.
Scope of Work
- New underground & finish plumbing for bathrooms, showers, & locker rooms
- New finishes including partitions, exposed ceilings, paint, rubber floor matting, LVT flooring, turf grass field, & mirrors
- New cafe bar
- HVAC improvements
- Fire protection & alarm improvements
- New LED light fixtures
- Power improvements
